如何在Python下连接Oracle数据库中国it实验室
【1】首先下载驱动：（cx_Oracle）http://www.python.net/crew/atuining/cx_Oracle/不过要注意一下版本，根据你的情况加以选择。【2】安装：执行那个exe安装程序就可以了，它会copy一个cx_Oracle.pyd到{PYTHON_HOME}Libsite-packages目录下。【3】执行一段测试程序：import&cx_Oraclecon&=&cx_Oracle.connect(&"xjtu_test",&"<SPAN style="COLOR: #343734","xjtu.world")cursor&=&con.cursor()cursor.close()con.close()
里边connect中的3个参数从左到右分别是：user, pass, TNS。那个TNS可以用Oracle客户端工具中的Net Configuration Assistant来配置。【4】具体的cx_Oracle API可以参考：http://www.python.net/crew/atuining/cx_Oracle/html/cx_Oracle.html好了，执行那段测试代码时你肯定遇到问题了，一般会有以下问题：【1】import cx_Oracle 时报告找不到OCI.DLL：到装了Oracle的机器上找一个，然后copy到{PYTHON_HOME}Libsite-packages目录下就可以了。【2】cx_Oracle.connect 时报告RuntimeError: Unable to acquire Oracle environment handle：这个比较麻烦，按以下步骤来解决：（可能不需要所有的步骤，我没有确认，不过把以下步骤都执行了，确实问题就解决了）首先，确认你是在控制台下边来执行这个python脚本的。而不是某些ide，例如：PyDev（它们似乎无法载入os的环境变量）。其实，在本机安装Oracle（只安客户端工具就可以了）。最后，添加以下环境变量：（我给出我的，换成你自己的路径就可以了）ORACLE_HOME＝D:OracleOra81PATH=D:OracleOra81{your_other_paths}

最近的时间，在搞数据库的安全加固问题，关于数据库中关于sysdba权限的登录，通过最近的一些实践和测试，在这里记录一下：
数据库用sysdba登录的验证有两种方式，一种是通过os认证，一种是通过密码文件验证；登录方式有两种，一种是在数据库主机直接登录（用os认证的方式），一种是通过网络远程登录；需要设置的参数有两个，一个是SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES，一个是 REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE。
os认证：如果启用了os认证，以sysdba登录，那么我们只要用oracle软件的安装用户就能登录：sqlplus “/ as sysdba”。如果我们要禁用os认证，只利用密码文件登录，我们首先要有一个密码文件：
D:\oracle\ora92\database&orapwd file=PWDoralocal.ora password=mypassword entries=10;

然后我们要把$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/sqlnet.ora中设置：
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= none
注意一下，密码文件只在数据库启动的时候加载进去，一旦加载进去，密码文件就脱离了oracle管理，所以我们用orapwd新建密码文件后，里面指定的密码要在数据重启后才能生效：

至此，我们已经实现不用os认证（sqlplus “/ as sysdba”的方式登录不了）。那么我们怎么限制网络方面利用sysdba远程登录呢？我们可以设置初始化文件中的REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE=none。
注意，当REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE=none时，这个参数生效需要重启数据库，并且，一旦启用这个参数，将使用操作系统认证，不使用口令文件。因此如果REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE=none且 SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= none这个时候数据库是无法登录的。

Issue this command to change the SAPSR3 password:
Brconnect -u system/&password& -f chpass -o SAPSR3 -p &password&
Then &r3trans -d& should come back with rc(0).

Check whether you have ops$sapserviceSid user at Db level or not if not create and grant access.

This will work. Dont use any username pssword.run with SIDADM. just replace &new_password& with the new password
brconnect -f chpass -o

If you are able to startup manually database. Check check tns_admin and oracle_home env variables. I hope you must have changed env pointing to new oracle_home before DBUA .

I just applied the 11g.
How to configure ssfs or how to know if it was configured? By they way, I set remote_os_authent=TRUE and solved the issue.

Are you following the SAP provided Oracle database upgrade guide or not? &br />
Until 11G SAP connects to the Oracle database using the OPS$ Mechanism. The new method of connecting the database is called Secure Storage in File System (SSFS). &br />
Basically it is about storing the encrypted password for the SAP database user at the file system level and not in the database which used to be until 10G. &br />
If you want to know more about that and how to switch to the SSFS then please read this note: &br />
Note 1622837 - New connect method of AS ABAP to Oracle via SSFS &br />
There are some prerequisites for implementing it. The systems should be on 7.20 kernel release. &br />
As you said that you have fixed the issue by enabling the remote_os_authent=TRUE, it looks like the parameter was modified during the upgrade process. &br />
