程序延迟1000ms 实际只延时了500ms 是CPU频率过快导致的吗?

囧rz 应该是电脑出了点什么问题 具体表现就是运行程序几乎都是2倍速进行 delay 1000的命令 实际只delay了500毫秒
看CPU频率 3.3GHZ的电脑 4个物理核心基本都在3.5GHZ了 但本身没调过超频什么的 也去主板那里设置过恢复默认设置了 依然无法解决.
最大的影响是使用OD下断点的时候 会不停的断下 导致无法对游戏进行操作(同样的断点在其他机器 就有一两秒时间进行操作)
T.T 有大神遇到过这种问题吗 求解决办法~

大概是计时不够精确&&网络上的资料也说这种方式的延时精确度有限&&更精确的延时可以调用如下函数
高精度计时& &微秒级别&&QueryPerformanceCounter& &QueryPerformanceFrequency

游戏并没有被加速2倍 但是OD的手感特别奇怪 bp send几乎不停的下断点 其他电脑上调试 总有一两秒执行操作 而这台电脑就处于不停下断点的状态
= = 比较奇葩的问题 百度也找不到类似的问题
楼下有说延时精度的 但这种快了一倍 而不是几十毫秒的误差 直接让我怀疑是不是硬件问题了
