打开设置密码的这个excel——然后是上面的操作注意：新建模块中如果已有代码，将其全部删除。刚刚试了下，将Attribute VB_Name = &解锁程序&Option Explicit这两句删了吧，可能有些版本不支持。然后一直确定即可，完了之后你会发现，excel都解锁了
我按照你说的，把前面的两句已经删除了，然后运行，可出现的对话框就是“运行时错误'91':对象变量或with块变量未设置”这一句，对话框下方有三个执行的按钮别是继续、结束、调试。其中继续的按钮还是灰色的，根本点击不了，现在我操作之后就是这样，操作下来和你说的不一样，接下来怎么做？
怎么可能，我都是自己试验过了才发上来的这样交流感觉很难把问题解释清楚，也很难把问题给解决掉。毕竟每个问题都有自己的特点，具体问题还得具体分析。
