商家云集“两公里法则”一破再破

&&& “哇，东环路沿线真够热闹的，又添了家购物中心！”在商界大体量商业体布局有一个“两公里法则”，即一个大型商业体足够辐射两公里范围内居住人群的需求。也就是说，为了避免商业体过剩形成过度竞争，一般规模型的商家之间的距离最少要在两公里范围之外布局。然而咱苏城东环路沿线却是个特例，一家家大型商业体一开再开，12月28日，这里又迎来了万科美好广场的亮相。
&&& 细数数东环路沿线的大型商业体，大润发、印象城、欧尚、家乐福等真可谓“排排坐”一家连一家，可即使已经如此热闹的场面，依然不能阻止更多的大型商业体的进驻。昨天开业的万科美好广场总建筑面积8.3万平方米，其中购物中心达到了6.4万平方米。
&&& 据万科集团商用地产管理部相关负责人介绍，他们打造的这个综合体在招商上以国内外中高端品牌为主，无印良品中国第100店、绿茶餐厅江苏首店、孩子王苏州旗舰店、星巴克苏城首家High-profile 品牌概念店、快时尚Esprit、CK、精品超市Maxvalu、麦当劳苏州首家黑标店等都具有相当的知名度，此外韩餐汉拿山、日餐白木屋、基本生活、SASA等一批知名品牌商户也是首入苏城。
&&& 记者注意到，昨天万科董事会主席王石特意赶到无印良品，与良品计画株式会社社长金井政明等一同剪彩，足见万科对于这个项目的重视度。
