NOVO百货广州正佳广场店被迫撤场 GAP华南旗舰店将入驻

　　（赢商网独家报道）赢商网记者近日走访广州（）（）发现，曾经备受关注的新概念百货--百货已经大门紧锁，透过玻璃门可以看到室内一片空荡荡，还有些杂物凌乱的在室内，看情况，NOVO已经关闭多日。记者登录官网发现，广州已经不在门店列表内，目前全国门店共14家，分布是上海、深圳、成都、重庆各2家，长沙、沈阳、大连、南宁、杭州、武汉各1家。

　　赢商网记者致电NOVO百货相关负责人了解到，NOVO百货正佳广场店于今年9月初正式撤场，原因系正佳广场调整升级需要提前终止双方合作期，距离合同期还有4年多时间。据了解，NOVO百货日正式登陆正佳广场，开出广州首家门店，该店占地面积3300平方米，共两层，1-2层，占据正佳广场最黄金铺位，即面临天河路的临街铺位。NOVO百货入驻正佳广场以来备受业界关注，多年以来也深受广州消费者青睐，这次突然关店，NOVO方面表示很遗憾，争取过但挽留不了，只能被迫撤场。正佳店的关闭，意味着NOVO百货正式退出广州市场，NOVO百货负责人表示，广州市场他们不会放弃，目前正在物色合适的项目开新店，只是需要合适的时机。
&&& 另据业内消息，NOVO百货撤出后，正佳广场将引进GAP华南旗舰店。其实，在正佳广场的楼层指引水牌上已经有GAP的标示。GAP目前在广州唯一门店在番禺万达广场，在11月8日刚开业。正佳广场店将成为GAP广州第二家门店。

　　NOVO百货是来自香港的百货品牌，隶属香港TOPPY集团，于1973年创立，主打时尚潮流的新概念。&新概念&百货在进入内地之初，成功赢得消费者的喜爱，但近年NOVO百货门店频繁遇阻，虽然原因各有不同，不过还是存在一定的内在联系。据了解，2011年，NOVO百货成都春熙路店关闭，2012年，NOVO百货北京望京店关闭，正式撤出北京市场，日重庆国贸店关闭，2014年广州正佳广场店关闭，正式退出广州市场。

　　昨日，必胜客所属的百胜餐饮公共事务部向本报记者表示，从去年9月开始，因为必胜客新定位为“西式休闲餐饮”，取消自助沙拉的原因在于随着市民对西餐概念的深入认识及沙拉在中国的不断普及，消费者对沙拉的种类和品质要求也越来越高，自助沙拉已经不能很好地满足顾客需求，“要更专业，不能再停留在当年刚进中国时的标准”。

　　那碗并不大，而且很浅，简单地装，装不了多少，因而，如何保证自己的32元（价格真是一涨再涨，最早是25一份，后来涨到28，又涨到30，现在已经是32一份了）不至于被剥削了太多，尽可能地把那只可怜的小碗装满你喜欢的水果沙拉，也就成了一门有趣的学问。我每一次去，都会被这门精深的学问所吸引，为此，花了不少钱。嘻嘻网
　　对此，我们有针对性地科学地研究了沙拉的堆砌技巧，现不吝为大家奉上。
　　首先， 要有一个好的思想认识。思想不解放，肚皮就不能解放，这是中国改革开放的一条重要经验。不要怕难为情，认为装了太多会显得太小气，没素质，有伤。别这样，人家赚你的钱，都没觉得害臊，你担心什么呀？和搭积木一样，这是一种技术。技术，懂吗？

　　第三， 在码的过程中，一定要心狠手巧，善于思考。切记，要想把水果垒的高，一定要少用色拉酱，有很多人以为色拉酱有粘合作用，把它当水泥用。我告诉你们，这是很危险的，色拉酱粘粘葡萄干玉米粒还可以，但绝不能用它来粘黄瓜，菠萝等大块水果，不但粘不住，还容易打滑。要想把黄瓜，一层一层地象宝塔一样堆上去，就必须是实打实的，当中宁可有空隙，也不好用色拉酱去填，因为存在一个摩擦力的问题啊。站在旁边监督的那些服务员，一个个精得来要死，他一看你用色拉酱，就知道外行来了。

必胜客“建筑师”心得
　　这堆沙拉是要讲究技巧的，我们基本上使用黄瓜摆外层，摆到一定高度就给中间填其他水果，有缝的地方再用玉米粒和提子干填满，等到里外层的高度差不多的时候，又在外层摆黄瓜，就这样交替进行，有些人喜欢用沙拉酱，认为沙拉酱可以起到粘住水果的作用，这样想你就外行了，必胜客自助沙拉的水果都在水里泡着的，沙拉酱是遇水就打滑，绝对不利于稳固，而且必胜客自助沙拉的水果虽然只能取一次，但是沙拉酱却是可以另外供应的，所以我们一般都是摆好之后另拿一个盘子取沙拉酱……我俩已经摆过N次了，之前的几次虽然也很高，但是因为每次都有这样那样的客观原因，最后都是只摆到我们够吃就OK，这次不一样，这次我俩是闲着没事外面太晒又不愿意出去，就在必胜客待了一下午，所以就成功打造了这次的成果……哦，对了，我俩怕施展不开还专门打电话叫了另外两个朋友来，主要是给我俩看包……嘿嘿嘿，我俩太坏了……
