实体店抵御电商冲击，部分店主狠心压价――实体店淘宝价，能走多远？

　　从每日上万的客流量，到多数业主惨淡经营、难以为继，当下，瑞安的实体店主们，深刻地体会到电商的残酷冲击。
　　&电商能提供海量信息以及低廉的价格，是实体店无法比拟的&。一位在瑞安做了20多年箱包生意的店主这样说。而对于消费者来说，价格低廉是网店最大的&卖点&。基于这个原因，瑞安不少实体店主&狠下心&，降低成本、减少利润，实体店卖出淘宝价，以求拉回顾客。
　　尴尬：实体店铺卖&淘宝价&
　　市区东小街一带，曾是非常热闹的一条街，因靠近繁华的虹桥路，很多小店铺都聚集在这条小街上，吃的、穿的、用的，各色店铺应有尽有。一到晚上或节假日，人流爆满，但这种情况在2010年后就每况愈下。如今，东小街上的店铺，&打折&、&促销&成了常态。
　　最显眼的一条促销广告来自一家包店，店主在门口拉起了横幅，红底大字上书&广州包淘宝网价格&。这家名为&好得利皮具&的包店，店主陈女士在瑞安经营箱包生意已有20多年。
　　&我是瑞安市区最早卖包的一拨人之一，最早的店开在解放路，上世纪90年代至2005年前是生意最好的时候，一到节假日，店里忙得几乎来不及收钱。&回忆当年的光景，店主陈女士忍不住抿着嘴笑。她说，生意最好的时候，她在解放中路租了两间店面，聘了4个导购员，光一年店面租金就要30多万元。
　　可好景不长。2010年后，网购的人越来越多，眼看着生意一天不如一天，陈女士辞退了导购员，把店搬到位于东小街的这间小店面，&店面是自己的，不用交租金&。为吸引顾客，她一次又一次地推出降价、促销活动，甚至连招牌也从&广州包平价店&过渡到&广州包淘宝价&。
　　&一再降低成本，为的是以低价吸引更多顾客&。陈女士说。然而，即使打出&淘宝价&的招牌，生意没再像从前那样红火。&顾客上门，看了一个又一个包，但就是不掏钱。&就在陈女士说话当口，一位顾客进门，几经挑选，看中了一款手提包，陈女士看了手提包的标价，直接打了&淘宝价&2折，248元，顾客还价，陈女士又让步，238元，顾客还价200元，陈女士犹豫了一下，还是答应了：&就当开个张吧，卖这个包，根本一点赚头都没有&。
　　实体店的生意，让越来越多的店主觉得尴尬。陈女士说，早前碰到同行，大家都是问&一年挣多少钱啊？生意不错吧&，现在碰到则是问：&店还在吗？关门了没？&
　　实体店淘宝价，其实是无奈之举。&其实把利润降到最低，也撑不了多长时间。&陈女士对实体店的前景并不看好，&我以前看过一篇报道，说专家预测再过几年实体店就会消失，现在看来，觉得这个可能性很大。&
　　在塘下，也有几家类似陈老板这样的店。一家店名以淘宝命名的女装店，顾客上门，老板直接说：&同样衣服，你可以上淘宝先看看，我们的价格高了，就去淘宝买。&一年多以来，这家店&开开停停&，勉强运行。负责人说：&实体店淘宝价，只是无奈之举。其实是难以承担租金、人工等成本的，塘下的店铺租金不高，要在市区早关门了。&
　　变身：淘宝店做成了实体店
　　就在很多实体店都感觉&举步艰难&时，市区却有一家母婴用品店做得风生水起。这家名为&颗颗小屋&的母婴用品店位于玉海商住中心4幢二楼夹层。尽管位置偏僻，生意却挺红火。
　　据老板黄先生介绍，这家店是以网店起步，2007年，他与合伙人何女士一块儿在淘宝网开了家母婴用品店，现在的这间店面，正是当时他们看中其位偏价廉租来做仓库的。
　　&在此之前，我和合伙人都做过几年的淘宝生意，已经积累了很多同城买家，当得知我们的实体店就在市区，不少买家选择直接上门购物。渐渐的，上门购物的人越来越多，于是我们决定将网店实体化。&黄先生说。他们将仓库整理出来，弄了个简单的门面，既当仓库，又方便顾客上门购买。在这个麻雀虽小五脏齐全的一站式购物店里，拥有齐全的婴儿用品、玩具，孕妇用品。&现在店内的货品多达1000余种，待产的准妈妈们，可以来我们店里一次性购齐所有待产及新生儿用品。&黄先生说。
　　记者仔细看了下他家的货品，的确非常实惠，有些甚至比淘宝店家卖得还便宜。比如一款儿童音乐玩具，该店售价125元，淘宝网的价格则是135至199元不等；儿童洞洞鞋，该店售价20元，网上的价格在20至45元不等&&
　　黄先生认为，这个仓储式实体店之所以能生存，是因为租金便宜，且坚持物美价廉保持销量赚得利润。
　　由于售价跟淘宝相当，并有实物可现场挑选，很多顾客成为这家店铺的忠实顾客，这其中有不少是老顾客介绍来的新顾客，也有相当一些是想在网络购物又有所顾忌的顾客。据了解，这家店铺目前已经把大部分的生意都转为实体，淘宝上仅占很少一部分。黄先生表示，这样做是因为线上发展人手不足，实体消费能力较强，所以暂时以实体店铺为主，不过，下步还是会坚持线上线下同步销售，只有这样才能在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟。
　　以低价搏市场能坚持多久？
　　&真的是一年不如一年。&实体店主小林在虹桥路后街开了一家女装店，采访中连连叫苦：&过去人那个多啊，现在全没了，尤其是年中庆、&双11&这些日子，我真的都没法过了。&
　　网络对于服装实体店的冲击，还是&物质、精神&的双重打击。&你说你不在我这儿买就算了，你就自己宅在家里淘呗，但还偏要上我这里试款型。&小林说，折腾你个上蹿下跳，累死累活，一句不买，就没下文了。更有甚者，一定要还价还到和淘宝上一样，&去年我曾遇到一个顾客，我进价90多元的一件衣服，她还价40元，让我们怎么卖啊？！&说起近几年被网购的&迫害&，小林有种说不上来的憋屈感。
　　的确，对于消费者来讲，唯一能比的只有价格。如果实体店也秉持&低利润出售&的话，他们能走得长远吗？
　　市商务局人士认为，电商这一全新的模式，是其他模式无法比拟的。首先，电商能够提供的产品超乎想象的丰富。对于购买潮流商品的赶时髦人群，他们对于产品的一大要求是：快。相对于实体店店主拿货、展示、被发现、交易的过程，电商有时甚至不用存货，只需先摆上照片或拿一两件陈列，如果有人订了，再批量购买不迟。此外，因为流行趋势的更新换代很快，这就意味着，实体店主承担不小的备货风险。如果一次备货错了，就只能打折卖掉、清仓处理，可能多年的积攒就付之东流。因此，在这个过程中，电商风险更小。其次，网店的商品价格低廉，而实体店的租金不可避免。不少实体店铺位于寸土寸金的中心地区，租金高昂，加上人工成本，店主只能提高产品价格售卖，这也导致实体店的价格必然高于网店。
　　实体店要想在电商&大行其道&的状态下存活，业内人士认为有两条路是可行的。
　　一是将线上线下结合，突出个性化。不过，这种经营方式，因为不少小实体店的空间、人手有限而不易实现。
　　二是发展大规模经营模式。市中心租金太贵，为降低成本，可以发展郊区型的大型购物中心，例如国外的OUTLET模式。&实际上，很多人是喜欢&逛&的。&专家指出，这种服务模式的优势在于，人们必须亲自去体验，这一过程增加了愉悦和快乐，常常能够激发顾客的购物冲动。而在这种大型商场内，可以将顾客自己经历的体验性需求结合起来，比如电影、健身、餐饮等等，而不止是消费商品，如当前红火的万达广场等模式。
　　电商的挑战，所有传统商家都在经历。&我们没法拼价格，只能拼价值。&专家如是说。

貌似开淘宝吧，
淘宝虽然是一个免费提供店铺的地方，但是如果想赚钱，就得冲钱，把信誉提上去，不然没人进你的店铺的。。
曾经我也想开淘宝的，我身边好多朋友也开淘宝，结果根本没人进你店的，现在开淘宝的至少上亿家了吧，，，，，想赚钱就得冲大量的毛爷爷进去刷钻。。。。。不然就是浪费表情。。。。
上万家的淘宝商店，你首先得让别人进你店铺i，其次才是选择商品，淘宝店的竞争也很好大的。。。

开到后面要收租金的
虽然不多 但是如果妹纸你生意不好
这租金不是白交了
主要是信誉得上去
而且说实话蛮费时间的

N年前在拍拍上卖过QQ秀的东西，找上门的生意并不是主要收入
而且很多时候别人联系你，你没及时回他们都去别家买了
大多数生意都是自己去论坛打广告什么的卖出去的
身边也有开实物店的，经营惨淡吧，一开始都是找朋友去捧场
也有最终只能半买半送给朋友的
