同步时间时出现“在获取最近一次同步状态时出错,&RPC服务器不可用”错误的最终解决方法+国家授时中心IP
在时间日期属性里的internet时间里有一个“自动与internet时间服务器同步”，一般情况下如果是GHOST系统，往往会出现“在获取最近一次同步状态时出错,
RPC服务器不可用”的错误，从而导致我们无法正确同步时间。
其实是系统服务里的Windows Time服务没有启动，解决方法如下：

1.在开始菜单--运行里输入cmd，点击确定，打开命令提示符，在命令提示符状态下输入 w32tm /register
。正确的话会显示：“W32Time 成功注册。”
2.如果显示成功，再输入 net start "windows time" 开启完毕，再就同步时间应该就OK了。
附赠国家授时中心IP：210.72.145.44，可以替换默认的。毕竟是国产的，稳定，准确，速度快，居家旅行必备。

另外我们还可以更改自动更新时间的频率：
1. 在“开始”菜单→“运行”项下输入“Regedit”进入注册表编辑器。
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient
] 分支，并双击 SpecialPollInterval 键值，将对话框中的“基数栏”选择到“十进制”上。
对话框中显示的数字正是自动对时的间隔(以秒为单位)，比如默认的604800就是由7(天)&24(时)&60(分)&60(秒)计算来的。设定时间同步周期（建议设为900=15分钟或3600=1小时等周期值），填入对话框，点击确定保存关闭对话框。
在Parameters列表中，将NtpServer键值修改为国家授时中心服务器的IP地址(210.72.145.44)，然后点击“确定”按钮保存。
