一、隔层黑暗
我买的是保利E区的房子，复式的。因为的时候，是5.6M高，上方是空的。为了更好利用，现在大家都把客厅上层用现浇混泥土的方式把其进行隔层。物业要求在装修时，如果要隔层，需要提供浇的资质（这个没有意见，为了大家的安全，但其实隔楼层的时候，请的人也根本提供的不是什么资质，而是公司的营业执照，请问这个起作用吗？）。如果，一般人都没有。据提供隔层的老板说，他们在这里每隔一户业主，就要交给物业500-1000元不等的钱（就是回扣，黑！）。
二、小区里面建材点黑暗（完全是因为物业）
小区里面开了不少于20家的建材店，据建材店老板说：他们在这里开店，物业除了要他们交应该出的房租外，还得每年给他们交元不等的市场维护费（这个有点不明白，看后面就知道了！）。保利麓谷林语总共有7期，分为A、B、C、D、E、F区。基本上每个区都有1家至3家建材店，加上小区外面门面4至5家，总共有20来家。本来，小区里面建材店应该是方便业主，对材料进行采购。但就因为物业这一收费，他们把材料价格抬得很高，外面30-40元/吨的沙子，到了建材店可卖出200来元一吨。就算上楼，也收不了这以贵吧！一个业主，单层的一般要7吨左右。复式的要12吨左右。一下子就得多出一千多两千。其它东西就不用说了，更贵！如果不在小区里面建材店买，自己在外面买，建材店就联合物业一起，不让业主搬东西进场装修！你们说黑不黑！！！
三、小区收废品也得交10000元一年的市场费用！
小区现在都刚交房，搞装修的人很多，保利房子设计也不合理，搞得什么都得敲掉！什么门、窗、楼梯等！拆掉作废品处理，20元/平方的。到小区建材店又要重新做，要花300-500元/平方。所以很多东西都只能作废品处理。物业就利用职权，收取黑钱！
还有很多物业黑的地方，如果保利地产想把名声弄好，请马上派稽查专员来查处，给大家一个公道！
