data-actualsrc=\&https:\u002F\u002Fpic2.zhimg.com\u002Fv2-78ddada1ab591a3b724fd8bd197cb8b1_b.jpg\&\u003E\u003C\u002Ffigure\u003E\u003Cp\u003E以上从宏观的角度,从整体发展角度来看,阿里巴巴的贡献无疑是巨大的。但是作为一家中小型企业来讲,我们根本不会太关心贸易走势如何去发展,中国与世界的国际贸易发展,我们最最最关心的则是公司如何去生存,然后公司如何去发展。放眼望去整个外贸的大环境,大市场,那些以前客户求着供应商买产品的年代还在吗?那个只要上传产品,就会有源源不断的询盘的辉煌时期还在吗?那个只要自己的货物产品客户满意,客户就会下巨额订单的令人内心狂喜的岁月还会有吗?如今的阿里巴巴,1万2就可以开个户,上面的贸易商,soho个人办公司,工厂一锅粥的熬开了。客户发一封询盘平均有会有7-8家供应商报价,多则10几20家(RFQ)。有时候还会遇到工厂没接到这个询盘的订单,然后被贸易商拿下又发到工厂询价的尴尬局面。\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E关于价格方面的拼杀,一个个杀地昏天暗地,挤地头破血流,哭爹喊娘,这真的是我们以前认知的那么高大上的外贸么?我有个朋友,也是做国内传统行业pcb转外贸,他打了一个很形象的比喻。阿里巴巴就是一个鱼塘,里面有很多鲤鱼供应商,客户就是馒头。扔个馒头下去,那一群群的鱼去抢,身体强壮的抢的多,身体弱的,吃点渣,无一例外的都是相互撞的伤痕累累。\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cfigure\u003E\u003Cnoscript\u003E\u003Cimg data-actualsrc=\&https:\u002F\u002Fpic2.zhimg.com\u002Fv2-d74d89ff96cdfa1017ddc0_b.jpg\&\u003E\u003C\u002Ffigure\u003E\u003Cp\u003E如今许许多多的外贸业务员,每天需要花大量的时间在阿里巴巴上面传产品,优化产品图片、关键词。活生生的一个淘宝式的外贸平台操作员或者说是客服。然后安安心心的等询盘上门,报价。之前我也有文章指出过,不要做淘宝式的外贸业务员,那是技术性质的工作;喜爱销售的业务型的业务员,应该花更多的精力开发客户,联系客户,最后让客户下单。首先作为外贸经理,我更看重的是外贸业务员的综合素养能力,而且淘宝式的外贸业务员根本不能称作是做业务,大部分的工作还是处于跟单的状态。那么12月之后的数据体现在自己管理的产品中,又要花费大量时间去跟进维护。\u003C\u002Fp\u003E\u003Cp\u003E无论是国家还是b2b平台出台相关政策后,都会引发一系列的反应。但是如果仅仅是为了达到某种政治目的或是商业目的,就不去关心入驻的商家的发展,在一定程度上是违背了商业精神,毕竟前期是众多普通商家给阿里巴巴机会让其发展壮大,当其羽翼丰满时要舍弃自己认为的累赘,是不道德的做法,而且做法是如此隐晦。虽然政策只是刚刚实施,随着发展会慢慢的体现效果。我们作为外贸大家族的一员,表现出深深的担忧。\u003C\u002Fp\u003E&,&updated&:new
