I think there are both benefits and cons to the idea of letting mothers bring their babies to the next J&J’s Camp Baby.
I think that if the company closely watched mothers with their babies they could really see how they interact with their children and as the saying goes, actions speak louder than words, and with these observations J&J could really pinpoint what mothers need.
Although they would be able to see this interaction first hand, it could also really distract the mothers from giving good and thought out responses.
Having to take care of their children would take away from their attention to the problems at hand, also it would make it very hard to keep the mothers and children there for a long period of time, because the children would get restless and cranky.
I do think that the first-hand experience, but I do think the cons override the pros if the conference were to stay the same.
If the conference was shortened to only one day or if a day care was provided while the mothers were sharing responses and opinions I feel as if it could be much more successful. 2. I think that this is good strategy used by P&G.
I feel as if moms are a large portion of P&G's customer base so it is important for the company to know their opinions are their products.
This will also help P&G keep up with their consumers changing wants and needs in order to continue their success.
I also think that it is a good idea that they ask mothers to promote their other products through word of mouth.
By being part of the Vocal Point, it creates a relationship between the mothers and the company, which means most of these mothers trust P&G which is going to translate into mothers trusting their products, which will lead them to promote their products through word of mouth.

Procter & Gamble (P&G), formed by William Procter and James Gamble in Cincinnati in 1837, is one of the oldest global companies. Its famous brands include Tide, Pringles and Crest. I already watched three videos from Forbes about woman leader in an organization. The summary of three videos that I chooses, as women continue their upward trajectory in the business world, they have yet to be fully appreciated for the unique qualities and abilities they bring to the workplace. It’s impossible to respect, value and admire great leadership if you can’t identify what makes a leader great. As a leader of some organization woman
was surrounded by strong-willed, hardworking and purpose-driven women. It is through their leadership that the traditions, values and legacy of our family have been upheld. They have taught that a woman’s instincts and emotional intelligence can be off the chart.
For a man it so difficult to understand about what women thinking, because what woman thinking and what man thinking is have a little different. Also in woman act and innovation, unless
he has been closely influenced by
the women in his life. I’ve learned that women may process things differently and
in their own terms. Fortunately for me, I’ve been influenced by great women who made me appreciate their approach towards leadership. I’ve grown to understand their decision-making processes, the dynamics and subtleties of their personality and style, and other special character qualities that women possess.
What I know about woman are the best leader that have circular vision that enables them to be well-rounded people. For example, they have their finger on the pulse of the culture and can talk to you about the latest pop-culture news, but then easily switch gears to give you their perspective on what is taking place on Wall Street. Women leaders seeking a chance to be significant see the world through a they are especially in search of those opportunities previously unseen.
Woman also enjoy their own space to test themselves and find their own rhythm. These women leaders are like scientists: many of them want to make new discoveries or solve for problems where others have failed. The women leaders I’ve been around don’t stop pursuing until the job gets done. This is why I believe they are good collaborative leaders and
not afraid of trial and error as long as they continue to build the resource infrastructure around them that gets them closer towards accomplishing their goals. Women leaders also invest in themselves and become knowledge seekers. Because they not afraid to ask questions when given a safe platform to express themselves. Though extremely curious, it’s often balanced with a bit of skepticism after all, they don’t want to be fooled or taken advantage of.
My experiences have taught me that women leaders need to trust a person before they will endorse what they have to say.
Many just want to know that there is legitimacy behind the opportunity.

In the videos that I have been watched, “A woman’s lens of skepticism oftentimes forces them to see well beyond the most obvious details before them. They enjoy stretching their perspective to broaden their observations.

Successful women leaders know how to play the game when they have to and can anticipate the unexpected. They know what cards to play and keenly calculate the timing of each move they make.

In reading over the “Bear Population” #56 on page 437 (Dugolpolski, 2012), the concept of proportions allow the assumption that the ratio of originally tagged bears to the whole population is equal to the ratio of recaptured tagged bears to the size of the sample. The estimated solution, variables will be defined and rules for solving proportions are used.
The ratio of originally tagged bears to the whole population is 50/x.
The ratio of recaptured tagged bears to the sample size is 2/100.

In the Capture-Recapture method we notice that we are supposed to assume that the ratio of the original 50 tagged bears to the entire population is equal to the ratio of the recaptured tagged bears to the size of the sample (Dugopolski, 2012). First, we will set up the ratios.
