出图后在图片上有工具栏，上面有个“Insert”项（插入）。点击后下面有“Ellipse”就是椭圆的意思。你就可以随便在图片上插入椭圆形状了。。

MATLAB 提供了以下机制来满足这个要求：在坐标轴顶端添加一个标题；添加一个图例；添加坐标轴标签；在图形的任意位置添加箭头和线条；添加基本数据统计绘图，例如最大值、最小值和均值。下面一一介绍这些添加方法。在坐标轴的顶端添加一个标题1，添加标题添加标题 一种方法是通过对图像的编辑进行 另外一种方法是通过title命令执行。2，添加图例使用方法一：图像操作界面方法二：使用legend命令。3，添加坐标轴标签坐标轴标签的创建和编辑同样有三种方式：Insert 菜单方式、图形编辑方式和函数方式。用户可以使用xlabel、ylabel、zlabel 三个函数来分别添加或编辑x、y、z 轴的标签。4，添加自由格式的文本注释使用text或gtext函数可以在图形的任意位置添加文本注释。如果使用text函数，用户必须使用x、y坐标值定义文本在图形中的位置。text & Text annotation.& & text(X,Y,'string') adds the text in the quotes to location (X,Y)& & on the current axes, where (X,Y) is in units from the current& & plot. X,Y,是添加文字的横、纵坐标点，'string'是你要加入的文字，用单引号括起来

text(0.5,0.7,'some words')
0.5是横坐标 0.7是纵坐标 你改一下x和y的数字，回车看图形有什么改变。你就明白了。
下次自己加的时候算好需要加文字的坐标，在套用这个格式就可以了。
