我现在在做原料药的破坏实验，不同药物的破坏条件不同吗？破坏到哪种程度才可以呢？谢谢！！！
请问一下 酸碱破坏都得在水浴中加热一下吗？加热多长时间呢？谢谢
那请问一下 降解时候条件的最大限度是多少呢？我以前做实验的时候就是随便做的，酸碱的浓度很大，报着一定要破坏出来的心态，非常感谢！！！:)
要根据你原料的结构来定，如果酸中极易降解那不需要水浴，有的原料易氧化加双氧水后要立即定容进样的，具体结构具体分析，不能一概而论。
我也只是培训知道，主要在做制剂。如同其他同仁说得不错，要看原料物理化学性质，不能一概而论，只要达到相应结果即可，不必纠结时间温度等具体参数。
