　　8月1日讯（记者 来萍 商旭泽） 据山东广播电视台生活频道《生活帮》报道 有句谚语这样说：&人心不足蛇吞象，世事到头螳捕蝉。&如果人的贪念到了永无止境的地步，那后果就极其严重了。济南某饭店有一厨师长，有房有车，月收入高达6000元，可他竟干起了&飞车抢夺&的勾当。　　最近，济南天桥警方连续接到报警，多名女子在夜间独自行走时，遭遇飞车抢夺了。据受害人反映民警判断，四起抢夺案件是一人所为，而且受害人被抢后，银行卡内的钱也被人给取走了。　　民警调取银行监控发现，取钱男子与受害人反映的嫌疑人及其相似，民警立即走访排查，锁定济南某饭店的一名厨师长有重大作案嫌疑，并在他上班时将其控制。　　据了解，嫌疑人是饭店的厨师长，月薪6000元，并且有房有车，他刚买了一套房子每月要偿还2000元贷款。　　原来，卜某的家人曾遭遇过&飞车抢夺&,卜某认为这种方式来钱比较快，便骑着摩托车下手了。另外，嫌疑人找周围与受害人身份证照片相似的去银行改密码，然后把卡内的钱取走。
　　经审查，嫌疑人卜某自7月份以来飞车抢夺4起，涉案价值1万多元，目前，他已被警方依法刑事拘留。

　　读者龙小姐今年35岁，在一家公司做总经理助理，月薪6000元。先生在一家国家单位工作，平均下来每月的收入在4000元左右，孩子今年六岁，九月份准备上小学。
　　2005年龙小姐通过贷款购买了一套商品房，贷款年限20年，因此龙小姐一家每月的固定支出为：住房还贷3000元，孩子每月幼儿园及一些兴趣班的费用1000元，已经有一辆经济型轿车，每月平均花销1000元。
　　平时龙小姐一家过日子并不是很算计，发工资时，留出必要的支出与一些日常花销，夫妇二人都是各拿各的工资卡。结婚八年，龙小姐一家现有活期存款五万元，三年定期存款五万元。
　　最近龙小姐看到周围一些同事都在考虑购买一些以实现工资增值，同时很多同事也在考虑为孩子上一些教育保险，为自己购买商业保险，想到自家每月只有银行那点可怜的利息，龙小姐也感觉很动心，但是又不希望承担太高的理财风险。
　　头脑中有了理财的想法――龙小姐迈出了“精明”的第一步，而她的案例也代表了相当一大部分收入不低、支出不少的读者的问题，记者采访了天恩理财中心的理财师余玲玲和上海浦东发展银行理财师杨丹菊，为龙小姐献上理财锦囊妙计。
　　财务诊断
　　余玲玲分析认为，龙小姐的家庭财务属于持续回报型,这类家庭往往理性、平和，有清晰的生活计划和目标，他们愿意接受较低的风险，同时期望获得持续稳定的回报，也就是说，希望理财产品如同“下金蛋的鹅”一样。贴息债券、注重分红的开放式基金、投连险等比较适合他们。
　　杨丹菊为龙小姐列出了家庭财务状况分析：
　　资产负债情况：资产包括房产，汽车，存款；负债主要是房屋按揭贷款；
　　可支配货币资产：10万元
　　收支情况：家庭月收入10000元；家庭月固定支出5000元；生活支出2000元(估计)
　　固定投资收益(房租或其他)：无
　　每月结余：3000元
　　总结：龙小姐的家庭是，收入不低，开支也不少，月节余资金有限，还贷压力大，占整个支出的重要部分。而龙小姐过于传统和保守的理财方式，把几乎所有的资金都用于储蓄，丧失了增值的空间，同时，龙小姐一家没有任何商业保险。
