至于你说的2个未知文件跟压缩包我也不知道
你是BT下载不。现在红警3大多为BT的，如果你不想上传删掉BT，一般还有个是隐藏的BT种子
正常会一个ISO后缀的压缩文件rld-ra3.iso，需要虚拟光驱打开，
还有一个汉化包CNCRA3LangTC.exe安装完成红警3英文版后直接打开，最后为繁体
我的红警3在迅雷下的，能玩能安装，整个寝室都安了，是BT,
完成后按照一个TXT文件说明做就好
去网上下载d3dx9.dll 然后把下好的dx9复制到C:\WINDOWS\system32

只要随便解压一个，其他相同的是分卷，如果没有分卷其他的都解不开。另外你需要虚拟光驱，如果你不知道怎么办，再告诉我

这个软件我用了好几年了，但是确实很难向别人推广，包括我媳妇，默~~~家里的电脑我专用一台，目的仅一个——不许装流氓软件，呵呵破解还是不要用了，安全问题确实可虑，上面网友提供的修改host文件方法可行，这几年我都是这样在用，虽然对不起软件开发人员，但是这款软件太贵了。学生时一直用盗版，工作后我尽量支持正版，国内的diskgenius等等我都付过款。作为it从业人员很理解盗版对开发者的打击，尽力支持吧。
