不需要安装的，只要将球员名字汉化文件移动到路径为X:\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\data\updates\update-1110\db\1110\lnc2010，重新启动“2011”即可使用
没有你说的文件夹安装了db里面 没有反映

不知道您的文件夹是不是“2011”，是在游戏目录的

球员名没有汉化的，汉化的只有那些新闻啊，信息之类的，你 想啊，球员有好几万呢，这个汉化下来，工作量太大了嘛，不过你可把你队里的球员编辑昵称成汉语的。
